Returns & Exchanges Policy – Cold World

We want you to love your purchase from us. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully before sending any items back to us.

Eligibility for Returns

• You must open a return request within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing us at info@coldw0rld.com

• All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• A £9.99 transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns, this is due to the cost it amounts to for us to send out your orders out in an efficient manner. Prices have risen in this cold world so we have to minimise the damage to our business.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all contents of the parcel must be returned exactly as received, including:

• The original jewellery box

• The bag and all packaging

• The barcode sticker attached to the jewellery box

If any component is missing or damaged, your return may be rejected or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are welcomed within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Exchange shipping costs (both sending back and sending the replacement) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchanges can only be made for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any exceptions will be stated on the product page.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the £9.99 transaction fee.

• Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@coldw0rld.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

We will provide the return instructions once your request is reviewed

Extended Christmas Returns (1st December – 15th January)

For orders placed between 1st December and 24th December, we offer an extended returns window to make holiday gifting easier.

• Return requests may be opened up until 15th January.

• All standard return conditions still apply, including the £9.99 transaction fee, customer-covered return costs, and the requirement for all packaging and barcode stickers to be included.
